So I have become a little into food blogs lately. The more I look at the more I want to try. I found a recipe for Red Velvet Cheesecake which Red Velvet is Carol's favorite cake and Cheesecake - who doesn't like Cheesecake...It's kinda crazy looking but festive for sure- hope its good my first real cheesecake ever....
